Refunds & Exchanges
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email , within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancelled orders will carry a restocking fee of 10%.
Any monies (less the restocking fee) will be issued as a Credit Note, valid for use within three months from the date of issue.
Any orders that have been shipped Can Not be cancelled.
Refunds & Damaged items
Jj's Personalised Gifts aim is to make sure items arrive in perfect condition.
If however an item is received which is faulty, damaged or severely not as described, a full refund or exchange will be offered At our discretion ,
this may include either photos being supplied or the item being sent back to us at our cost.
We must be contacted within 7 days of receiving item to discuss your refund or exchange options.
Please choose carefully as refunds & exchanges are NOT offered on Personalised items or Food Items unless Faulty,
this includes to customers who "change their mind", Supplied the wrong details or dislike the colours/style/design etc of there item.
