Before purchasing from JJ's Personalised Gifts please read these Terms and Conditions. 

Manufacturing Times

At JJ's Personalised gifts we aim to have your items made and shipped out to you ASAP. Unfortunately as each item is made to order there is a delay incurred. 

Our Maximum manufacturing time is

  •  Personalised Items 1-2 Weeks + Shipping Time

  •  Non - Personalised Items up to 1 Week + Shipping Time

your items may or may not be sent quicker than this depending on the item/s & our workload at the time but this is a Maximum time frame.

We endeavour to do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

During Busy Periods (Christmas, Easter etc) there may be a delay in your order however if there will be you will be notified of this upon ordering if it exceeds our Maximum manufacturing time, and will be given an option to cancel if you wish to do so.

When ordering as a gift or for a special occasion & it needs to be received by a certain date,  please be sure to allow the amount of time required for both manufacturing & Shipping and place your order in advance to avoid disappointment

RUSH SERVICE - We may be able to supply a Rush service for your order depending on our workload and the order , There may or may not be a charge for this however all details would need to be discussed BEFORE placing an order Via Email Or Facebook.


JJ's Personalised Gifts post Australia Wide via Australia Post , we Do Not offer World wide postage at this stage.
 All items include a manufacturing time before items are shipped. 
We have no control once your parcel has left our possession , It then becomes responsibility of Australia Post.
All parcels include a tracking number which you can use to see the status of your parcel once it has been dispatched.
We will supply you with the tracking number via email once your order has been Shipped.
  • For Standard Post Please allow up to 10 Business days once shipped.
  • For Express Post Please allow up to 3 Business days once shipped.

Choosing express post does NOT mean that we are able to complete your personalised products any quicker.  
The manufacturing process period will still apply.
Express Post ONLY refers to the shipping method that is used to send your orders to you 

Shipping Costs

Your delivery costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of items purchased as well as your location.

If you think the shipping may be excessive please email us to check before purchasing, as it goes by automatic weights Errors can happen and we would prefer to double check for you to make sure you are charged the least amount of postage costs.

We also offer the option of Express Shipping on some items, you can choose to select this at checkout.

All orders over $100 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING – just click the free shipping button at checkout. This button will only appear if your order total is greater than one hundred dollars.

For Pickup please select pickup option in Checkout & read the pickup timeframes in the Delivery Timeframes & Pick Up Page. 
Pick up will be from Craigmore South Australia.


All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)  and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) In the cost displayed.

Personalised Items

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the spelling & capitalisation etc of names on all personalised products are correct.
All names will be printed exactly as they are appear within your order. 
We take no responsibility in spelling mistakes due to customer error. 
If an item is received with a mistake at our fault , Jj's Personalised Gifts must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss a resolution agreeable to both parties.

Refunds & Damaged items

Jj's Personalised Gifts aim is to make sure items arrive in perfect condition. 
If however an item is received which is faulty, damaged or severely not as described,
a full refund or exchange will be offered, this may include either photos being supplied or the item being sent back.  
We must be contacted within 7 days of receiving item to discuss your refund or exchange options
Please choose carefully as refunds & exchanges are not offered on personalised items unless Faulty, this includes to customers who "change their mind", Supplied the wrong details or dislike the colours/style/design etc of there item.
